£299+VATper month. One plan. Everything.
No tiers. No per-member pricing. No percentage of your revenue. Ever. Bring your own payment provider — we’ll connect it.
What does a percentage really cost?
Platforms that take a cut grow their bill with your gym. Temple doesn’t.
Typical platform: mid-range of published pricing across 11 leading gym platforms, with bundled processing at 2.9% (Mindbody publishes 2.75%–3.5%). Software subscriptions shown inclusive of 20% UK VAT on both sides; card processing is VAT-exempt, so the percentage fee is added flat. Temple example uses Stripe UK’s standard 1.5% + 20p; Direct Debit via GoCardless is cheaper still at 1% + 20p, capped £4. Your provider’s rates are yours — Temple adds 0% either way.
The billing relationship is yours.
Members pay your gym, on your payment account, under your terms. Temple runs the machinery — it never sits between you and your money. Whatever provider you run, we’ll connect it.
Your merchant account
Members pay your own payment account directly. Temple is never in the money flow — we can’t hold your revenue, and we can’t take a cut of it.
Your cancellation rules
Notice periods and cancellation windows are your policy, enforced automatically at booking and renewal. No platform support desk can waive your terms behind your back.
Your dispute, your records
If a member queries a charge, it comes to you — with their booking history, plan terms, signed waiver and consent records on hand to answer it.
Where the money actually goes.
“None of the booking platforms are made for operating a gym,” an owner told us. Their bills prove it — the subscription is just the opening number.
Published and researched pricing across 11 leading gym platforms, July 2026. All-in bills commonly land between $470 and $1,270 a month.

£299 isn’t a discount price — it’s an honest one. We’re not here to be the cheapest; we’re here to do the best by gyms and build the best product in fitness. Nothing in our price grows against yours.
Don’t take our word for it.
Published pricing, last verified July 2026 — linked, showing the cost to match everything Temple includes.“To match Temple” is each platform’s base plus the workout tracking, website and marketing/CRM Temple includes as standard, costed for a ~200-active-member gym (the stacks rise with size); native features aren’t double-charged. Temple’s per-gym branded install is free, so a native own-name app — a paid add-on on the others — is left out of every total. Prices as published (USD), last verified July 2026, and may change; all shown exclusive of VAT/sales tax, and none include payment processing. £ figures are approximate, at ~$1.34/£, for comparison only.

The short answers
Do my members pay Temple anything?
No. Members pay your gym on your own payment account. Temple charges the gym £299 +VAT a month and takes 0% of member payments.
What happens to my existing member subscriptions?
They’re adopted, not re-billed. We import your existing subscribers with their live subscriptions — same billing dates, same cards, zero disruption for members.
Which payment providers do you support?
Any card provider you bring — we work closely with every gym we onboard and we’ll connect your provider. Members pay your own account directly and Temple takes no fee.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contract, no setup fee, no onboarding charge. £299 +VAT a month, cancel whenever.
Is everything really included?
Yes — the AI front desk, scheduling, programming, tracking, billing, email marketing, automations, the leads CRM, the website builder, the store, insights and the safety layer. One plan. No tiers, no add-ons.
What is the AI front desk?
An AI agent on your own gym’s number that answers texts and calls from prospective members in seconds — quoting your real plans and schedule, capturing the lead, and texting the join link the moment they’re ready. A coach can take over any conversation with one tap, and it’s included in the £299, not a metered add-on.
Does the AI front desk really pay for itself?
That’s the idea. It answers the enquiries you currently miss — the 9pm text, the call while you’re coaching, the weekend voicemail — and turns them into members. Convert a couple of extra sign-ups a month and it has already covered the £299 several times over. The email automations and website builder work the same way: they grow the gym faster than the software costs.
Can I sell 1:1 personal training or programming?
Yes. A coach writes it on the same calendar as class programming, with optional PDF documents. Make it free, sell it as a one-off or subscription, or set up a programming-only PT plan — pure coaching revenue, no separate app.
If it does all that, why is it only £299?
Because the expensive part of most platforms isn’t the software — it’s the add-ons, the per-member fees and the cut of your payments. We charge what the software is worth and take nothing else, so the only way we keep your business is by being the best product in the building.
We run Hyrox, not CrossFit. Does Temple fit?
Temple is built for both, out of the box. Hyrox tracking is native in every gym — all eight stations, the 1 km run, full and half simulations with split-by-split logging.
