About Temple

Software should serve the gym. Not the other way round.

Temple exists because the people who run great gyms deserve software built with the same intent they bring to coaching — and because nobody should hand a percentage of their community’s membership to a booking calendar.

From the community

Built by someone who’s chalked up since 2014.

Temple’s founder, Nick, has spent more than a decade inside the boxes this software is built for — in the CrossFit community since 2014, with ten years on the coaching floor. The 6am class, the whiteboard brief, the competition heat, the trophy table: Temple isn’t built from market research. It’s built from the inside.

The gym comes first

We only win when the gym does.

Everything about Temple is arranged so our interests point the same way as yours. The price is flat, so we don’t profit from your growth. We take nothing from your payments, so your revenue is yours. There’s no contract and your data exports any time, so the only way we keep your business is by being the best product in the building. We’re not trying to be the cheapest — we’re trying to do the best by gyms.

One system, not a stack

A gym shouldn’t need six subscriptions to run one business.

“None of the booking platforms are made for operating a gym,” an owner told us — and the industry proves it: a booking tool here, a tracking app there, a CRM, an email tool, a website builder, none of them talking to each other. Temple is built as one system on one member database. The website knows your schedule, the emails know who’s expiring, the bookings know every plan. Nothing to sync, because there’s nothing separate.

Both sides of the whiteboard

Members are users too.

Most gym software is built for the office and endured by everyone else. We think the member’s three taps to book, their PR page, the app wearing your gym’s badge on their home screen — that experience is the product just as much as the owner’s dashboard. It’s why members describe Temple as “a big upgrade” on what came before.

Built with gyms

The roadmap lives on the gym floor.

We talk with owners, coaches and members every week, and the platform is shaped by what they tell us. Cancellation rules that protect the gym came from an owner burned by chargebacks. Results that roll up per movement — however the workout was named — came from a member tired of scrolling old WODs. When a gym joins Temple, that’s the deal: we work closely with you, and the product gets better for everyone.

Serious about the sport

CrossFit and Hyrox aren’t verticals to us. They’re the point.

Temple isn’t generic booking software with a barbell sticker on it. Programming balance analytics, race simulations logged split by split, leaderboards that respect how workouts are actually scored — we build for gyms that train with intent, because that’s the world this company comes from.

Honest technology

Premium doesn’t mean expensive. It means built properly.

Modern engineering, GDPR-grade data handling, a design that respects your brand instead of ours, and a price that fits in one sentence: £200 a month, everything included, 0% of your payments. That’s not a discount — it’s what the software is worth when nobody’s paying for lock-in, sales teams or add-on sprawl.

Why “Temple”

Ask anyone who trains why they keep coming back.

The building gets called a box, a unit, a shed. But for the people inside it — the 6am regulars, the coaches who know every member’s name, the owners who mop the floor at 9pm — it’s something closer to sacred. We named the company after what the place means to the people in it, and we try to build technology worthy of that. Temple Software Ltd, built in the UK, for CrossFit and Hyrox gyms everywhere.
